By accessing or using the site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. WIPRO UNZA may modify and change these terms and conditions from time to time. Accordingly, please continue to review these terms and conditions whenever accessing or using this Site. Your use of this Site after the posting of modifications or changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified or changed. In addition, when you use any other current or future service or facilities provided by WIPRO UNZA on this Site you also will be subject to such applicable guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to such service or facility. You will be required to provide your chosen user name and password during the registration process.

Please note that WIPRO UNZA may suspend, remove or revoke any registration in the event the account stays dormant for more than 6-12 consecutive months or if WIPRO UNZA believes that the information provided is not true, illegal, defamatory or offensive in any way.

You understand that WIPRO UNZA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. In the event that the Facility is not available, is delayed, is interrupted, is incomplete, or is not accurate or is otherwise materially and adversely affected, WIPRO UNZA shall only in so far as is reasonably practicable endeavour to correct such failure(s).

You agree that WIPRO UNZA and/or its affiliates shall not be liable in any way to you or any third party for any inaccuracy, errors, omissions or delays in the content of any information, including the Information, provided through this Site, or for any actions taken by you, or any third-party, in reliance thereon.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

If you access this site from outside Malaysia, you are responsible for compliance with foreign and local laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you are a foreign national, non-resident, or if you do not reside in Malaysia, you affirmatively agree to waive your right to file any action against WIPRO UNZA in any foreign venue or jurisdiction other than in Malaysia as set forth above.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint enterprise between us. Our failure to require your performance of any provision hereof shall not affect our full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall our waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision.

In the event that any provision(s) contained in these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of the terms which shall be construed and enforced as if the invalid or unenforceable term(s) or provision(s) had never existed. WIPRO UNZA’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any term(s) or provision(s) contained herein shall not be construed as a waiver of any terms, provision or right.
